Main Conference: September 20-22
Please note, several hands-on workshops during the main conference require preregistration. These workshops can be added to a main conference pass during registration.
3-Day Conference Pass: Includes access to all 3 days of conference program sessions from Wednesday, September 20 to Friday, September 22, plus 3 days of Exhibit Hall admission and keynote.
2-Day Conference Pass: Includes 2 days of conference program sessions, 2 days of Exhibit Hall admission.
1-Day Conference Pass: Includes 1 day of conference program sessions, 1 day of Exhibit Hall admission.
Exhibit Hall Only Pass: Includes 3 days of Exhibit Hall admission from Wednesday, September 20 to Friday, September 22, 2023. Also includes the Opening Ceremony & Keynote. NO other sessions are included with Exhibit Hall only. If you plan on attending any sessions or preconferences, please choose another fee option.
EMS World Expo 2023 On-Demand Only Pass: Catch up on sessions that you missed, or rewatch sessions that you loved with EMS World Expo On-Demand. Expo On-Demand provides 6 months of access to most of the sessions being presented at the 2023 meeting. View sessions, earn credit, and expand your patient care expertise from your computer, tablet, or phone. All you need is an internet connection! Please note, on-demand access will not begin until the 2023 meeting has concluded.
Preconference & Main Conference Workshop Rates
Preconference Workshops: September 18-19
Preconference workshops are priced individually and may be selected as add-ons to the main conference during the registration process. A Preconference Only pass is available, and prices vary depending on preconference selection as you move through registration. Exhibit Hall access is not included in the Preconference Only registration package, but may be added at an additional cost during registration.
Registering a Group?
You will need to register the full group at one time, and complete a full registration for each group member:
1. When starting registration, you will be asked if you are registering a group. Select Yes from the dropdown menu.
2. Please use the "Add Registrant" button on the summary page to add each registrant until the entire group is registered.
3. You may either pay via credit card or select "Pay by Check" to receive an invoice.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for EMS World Expo 2023 must be received in writing by emailing registration@hmpglobal.com or postmarked by August 19, 2023. A cancellation fee of $100.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by September 17, 2023.
Cancellations received after September 18, 2023 will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.
Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Global’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
