EMS World Expo has negotiated discounted hotel rates for attendees and exhibitors. Using the link below, you can review the hotel options, make real-time reservations through our secure hotel booking website, or contact our housing provider. All reservations should be made through Orchid Events, the official housing provider for EMS World Expo. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis, including exhibitors requesting a room block of 10 rooms or more.

NOTE: if you chose to book with a vendor not endorsed by EMS World Expo, we strongly encourage you to verify their credentials before doing business with them, and then independently confirm that your reservation has in fact been made and will be honored by directly contacting the hotel.
Reservation Deadline
All reservations must be received by August 15, 2023 to guarantee availability and discounted conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability, and hotels may charge higher rates.
Non-Refundable Deposit
When booking your hotel accommodations, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment in the form of a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice. If you cancel after August 1, this deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations & Changes
Through August 1, 2023, changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via email at help@orchid.events. After August 31, 2023, you will need to contact your hotel directly to make changes and/or to cancel your reservation.
Reservation Acknowledgement
Orchid will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact Orchid Events at help@orchid.events. Please note that you will NOT receive a confirmation from the hotel.

Beware of Hotel Scams
Orchid is the Official Housing Provider for EMS World Expo. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any housing provider other than Orchid or EMS World Expo is not approved by EMS World Expo. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate. Please be aware of, and report, any unauthorized solicitation to Kim McLaughlin at kmclaughlin@hmpglobal.com. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders. We send them cease-and-desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Please note that rooms booked through source other than other than Orchid or EMS World Expo are at your own risk.
