9:00 AM–12:00 PM
This session will start with an interactive lecture on oxygenation and ventilation including the anatomy (airway geometry), mechanics, and chemistry behind it. We will then transition to hands-on lab stations that will include ventilation, oxygenation, and airway adjuncts including CPAP and BLS capnography. The student will also be able to walk away with a big-picture understanding of how and why different devices, procedures, and actions work.
Please note that pre-registration is required to participate in this Special Event.
