Please submit only one request per meeting per day. All requests must be approved by HMP.
A $500 processing fee will apply to submissions for half-day rentals (up to 4 hrs). A $1000 processing fee will apply to submissions for full-day rentals.
A confirmation email will be sent when the event/space is approved; a Credit card will be processed at the time of application submission. If the function is canceled, fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: Limited space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting space is held for exhibiting companies. Requests from non-exhibiting companies will be at the discretion of HMP.
